Como se dice "real estate"?

yo entiendo "inmobiliario, pero sera apropiado usar "Inmobiliario Real"?

In Mexico, a piece of property is inumueble - a possession that is inherently unmovable.

Bienes raíces is the business of real estate. Bienes in this case refers to the assets or possessions of one's roots, one's family possessions including real estate, but one might also include heirlooms in this category.

Our dictionary @ ----> Bien gives these terms:
- bienes inmuebles -> real estate , real property (United States), landed property
- bienes raíces -> real estate , real property (United States) .

I assume that in Spanish speaking countries as in English speaaking countries the words "real property", "real estate" and "landed property" include both land and the buildings that are on that land.

I'm a little confused about this term also. Here is a sentence I found in an article in which inmuebles (notice that it is plural) is translated as real estate:

"Una ley finalmente autoriza a ciudadanos y residentes cubanos a comprar y vender inmuebles.."
