Here are some examples of what I think you want to say.
- "Me gusta verte" = I like seeing you!
- "Me gusta verlo" = I like seeing him!/I like seeing you! (Formal)
- "Me gusta mirarlo" I like looking at him!
- "Me encanta verlo"I like seeing him!
- "Me encanta mirarlo" I love looking at him!

Not quite. a ti=you a él=him
Other verbs than ver for watching. For ver, I think that I would say I like looking at him.
