If you absolutely want to ask. Do you want to come with me? you would say. "¿Quieres venir conmigo?" But if your intend is to ask your friend to come with you, you'd say. Ven conmigo, acompáñame, vamos or just ven! You see? the question is, do you want? or are you just asking him/her to come with you?
¿quieres venir conmigo?
¿Quieres acompañarme?
If it were a hostess in a restaurant meaning follow me (sígame), then Pase por aquí, por favor.
