If you absolutely want to ask. Do you want to come with me? you would say. "¿Quieres venir conmigo?" But if your intend is to ask your friend to come with you, you'd say. Ven conmigo, acompáñame, vamos or just ven! You see? the question is, do you want? or are you just asking him/her to come with you?

¿Quieres acompañarme?

If it were a hostess in a restaurant meaning follow me (sígame), then Pase por aquí, por favor.

Hello Melih and welcome to the SpanishDict forum grin

You can either say to your friend: ¿Quieres venir conmigo? o ¿Quieres seguirme?

The information Q gave you is correct /accurate but I think it is a little too formal for conversation between friends.

I hope this helps grin
