How to say "You all" (you plural) in spanish?

I just want to make sure I am using this right, but whenever you want to say or ask a question using "you all", do you use the ellas, ellos, ustedes form?

Question: Do you all speak spanish?

Por ejemplo: ¿Hablan epañol? o ¿Habláis español? (In Spain)

If this is incorrect please explain.

Gracias por su ayuda!

It depends on where you are from. If you are from Spain you all (firends, family, etc.) is vosotros or ustedes (for more formal use). If you are from Latin America ustedes is you all with no distinction between formal and informal.

ellos and ellas means they; not you all.

You singular is tú, vos or usted, again depending on where you are from.
