RAE gives the following definitions: santurrón, na. (Del despect. de santo). 1. adj. Exagerado en los actos de devoción. U. t. c. s. 2. adj. Gazmoño, hipócrita que aparenta ser devoto gazmoño, ña. (De or. inc.). 3. adj. Que afecta devoción, escrúpulos y virtudes que no tiene.

For self righteousness itself you could use:

santurronería (sanctimonious), beatería or gazmoñería, pretensión de superioridad moral

Presumido/a is more like conceited, full of oneself or vain but that might fit too.

Farasaico = pharisaical

To translate 'no self righteousness' it might just be a case of 'no' in the right place in your sentence but we would need a bit more context to know for sure - anyway in the meantime these options that might give you something to work with at least
