I think the closest expression would be. -- "I'm still confused, of course!"
Para variar sigo confundida
This doesn´t make any sense because if you continue being confused, you are not changing, but just the opposite.
More sense would be, ie: "Para variar, ya no voy a estar confundida" or "Para variar, ya no voy a seguir confundida."
I´m still confused, as always.
