Sé que significa esta palabra, pero hay otras palabras así para llamar una persona de 20, 30, 50, 60, etc años de edad?

¡Gracias por adelantando!

Yes. It means "-ish", and it's most often used for adult people over 30 (no rule exists, as far as I know. It's just the usage I'm familiar with):

30-ish: treintón /treintona

40-ish: cuarentón/na

50-ish: cincuentón/na

60-ish: sesentón/na

And so forth.

Again, in terms of how I am used to using this expression, I'd say that after 80 it kind of stops making sense.

Well, una sesentona is a sexagenarian, and noventona is a nonagenarian.. I think you can make up a word out of any of the decade-beginning numbers using this model and you will be understood, whether they turn up in a dictionary or not (these do).

The other thing about una cuarentona is that, besides meaning someone in their forties, it means an adult, mature person.
