I have seen this in a few songs, specifically a song about a beautiful woman. I know tuerto means "blind in one eye." However, I'm not understanding the connotation in this phrase, namely Mexican slang. EX: "Me dejas tuerto con esa sensualidad."

I do not not know this phrase but one interpreation could be,
I am almost blinded by your sensuality.
