¡Feliz cumpleaños! Me parece muy triste que tienes que decir feliz cumpeaños a ti misma, pero la vida es muy dura y si no hay otra gente para decirlo , muy bien, digate tu misma.
The grammar is probably faulty here, but, if nobody else will remember your birthday, just say 'Happy Birthday' to yourself, no harm done, but I doubt it will make you all that happy.
