Usage of "delgado" other than "thin"?

I have been watching videos in Spanish on http://www.laits.utexas.edu/spe/ (which I would highly recommend, by the way!) and one woman was describing her friend and she said, "Es de complexión muy delgada." Now, the only usage I am familiar with for "delgado" is "thin" or "skinny." Obviously this is not what she means. The translation of the transcript says "light brown," so I was just wondering if this is a common usage or if it's just a slang word in Mexico (where this particular woman is from)?

Thanks!

Delgado can only mean "thin", the person who did the translation was wrong.

Es de complexión muy delgada - She is very thin.

I think that the correct translation of "delgado" is slim or slender. "Complexión" according to my big Oxford Spanish/English dictionary means constitution so it is a "false friend" for English speakers and tripped up whoever did the subtitles.
