Yes. It's and adjective and so it should match the noun in the plural. Hard to pronounce in the plural though. Pretty much nobody would pronounce the final "s".

Este color tiene dos ortografías "beige" y "beis"; ambos no varían en plural. Concise Oxford Spanish Dictionary © 2009 Oxford University Press: beige adj inv, beis adj inv (Esp)

inv. = invriable But use instead: "pajarizo" (color of the straw) or 'amarillento' : close to yellow. These vary in plural.
