"what are you talking about?" spanish speakers pls translate

i do not know how to translate the word "about" in this case. Also,how would i say "tell me how you do it",shall i use "como" for "how"?

In this situation I would say "¿de qué hablas?" Or something maybe a bit more exciting "¿qué rayos dices?" Translated literally the first one says "of/about what are you speaking?" and the second says "what the heck are you saying?"

For "tell me how you do it" you can just say "¿cómo hago para... ?" or something like "¿me explicas cómo... ?" Basic translations would be "how can I... ?" and "will you explain to me how to... ?"
