Informal - quiere.

Formal - quiera.

So, I guess "Want it!" would be:

¡Quiérelo!

(Not sure about this, though)

I can't imagine a querer command without a pronoun attached. ¡quiéreme! - love me!

Positive tú command

-made from the third person singular of the present indicative= quiere

Negative tú command

-made from the second person singular of the present subjunctive= quieras

Positive/Negative Ud. command

-made from the third person singular of the present subjunctive= quiera

Positive/Negative Uds. command

-made from the third person plural of the present subjunctive= quieran
