Hmm tricky, could it be:
Quiero hacerle una nueva rosca a la tuerca que se barrió.
I want to make a new thread on the nut that you swept up. (or that was swept up)

Are you wanting a translation? I think its saying 'I want to make a new screwhead for a stripped screw,' but I'm not completely sure. I'm pretty sure that aserle should be hacerle.
