How do you ask for cutlery, silverware, knife & fork in Spanish?

Sometimes vajilla de plata. Actually, both are more "table settings" or "place settings" the just the silverware.

Don't forget to hang on to your knife and fork in most restaurants in Spain as the same cutlery is used for all courses of the meal. Just put it neatly to the side of your plate when the waiter collects the used plate. If you loose it have a look at the dictionary on this website for the words for knife and fork so that you can ask for a replacement.
