What are the diminutives for tía or tio?

Hi lovely!
They are: tito y tita
tito2, ta.
- m. dim. y f. dim. coloq. de tío (? hermano o hermana del padre o de la madre). U. m. en Andalucía.
This is one possibility, tiocito or anything like this does not exist.
Tiíto can be heard too.
I'm from a Latino family and call all of my aunts "tití." It means "auntie" as opposed to "aunt." I haven't heard a diminutive of "tío" yet. I was hoping to find one since I have an uncle younger than me who doesn't speak English well and I want to call him something appropriate as my junior.
Hi Lovely,
Papá becomes papacito, and mamá becomes mamcita. (I think you meant to put the c in papacito).
However, I have never heard tía / tío used in diminutive form. I am not sure why not.
tito/ ta.
Actually, my guess is, the word tiíto got shortened to this, as the second i is hardly audible, jeje, just guessing.
Hi Lovely
I am not sure if diminutives exist for tía and tío either
but if they do they might be tíacita and tíocito - I am not sure about the tildes.
A native speaker might be willing to clarify.
