For the sake of those learning English don't forget to use capital letter for countries. - MaryMcc, Nov 26, 2011

Yes, I have heard Spanish people use OK too smile

I help teach English to a Spanish girl and she uses OK quite often.

Apart from OK the most common alternatives seem to be vale and de acuerdo

I think the choice of words is regional depending on whether you are in Spain, Mexico or South America

I think that claro could be used in place of claro que sí

I hope this helps grin
