Not quite. You would need to conjugate your verbs.
Present tense verbs that end in -ar have "tú" forms that end in -as. Those that end in -er and -ir have "tú" forms that end in "es".
So, your sentences should be:
Tú usas eso muy bien. (What do they use well? I just but "eso" which means "that". You can replace it with something more specific, but I can't guarantee it will sound perfect once you add it...)
Tú patinas muy bien.
P.S. You don't need to include the actual word "'Tú"; the conjugation (that fact that it ends in -as) tells us that it is in the "tú" form.
