Ok, I know kale is rizada, what is lacinato kale?

Thanks and yes, I had laminate kale w/brussel sprouts for Thanksgiving!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

I don't know how that particular sort of kale is called in Spanish. I am curious, however about sudden explosion of questions about kales, chards, silverbeets and related green, leafy vegetables the last couple of weeks!

I suppose we can agree that lacinato kale can be generically translated as "un tipo de col", but as with all the other similar veggies we have been discussing recently, probably each country has a different name for this.
