i think i understand this one, but i was wondering the exact meaning.

a friend posted "Friend with benefits... Todo final es el comienzo de otro"

is this a self reference?

You do know what "Friend with benefits" means in English, right?

There is a saying in English that "When one door closes, another opens," which is close to your question of "Todo fin es un nuevo principio." (Every end is a new beginning).
