what does " que se la pasen suave" mean in english??

this is not politely but is very common, colud be: " have fun " ,,
que se la pasen suave o pasenla suave is the same = plural,,
que la pases suave o pasala suave is the same =singular ,,
you can change "suave" instead "chido" but "chido" is a slang expression in spanish
