Ok first there is a big diference betwen: "la llamo": means "I call her/it" "I named her/it" or "la llamó": "he/she called her/ir" or "he/she named her/it"

I call her, I call her but I never get response
La llamo y la llamo pero nunca recibo respuesta
Or: La llamo - I will call her
I wish Helena were here --- Don't worry I'll call her.
