Well, siblings just means brothers and sisters. Your parent's ''siblings'' children refers to the children of your parent's brothers and sisters.

Your parent's siblings are their brothers and sisters and your uncles and aunts: tus tios y tias

My mother's brothers are my uncles and her sister is my aunt

All the children of my two Uncles are my cousins as also are my aunt's children tus primos y primas

I hope this solves your mystery grin raspberry tongue wink smile grin
