I agree with our mermaid and in addition, you can also say either ¿sí? ¿verdad que sí? ¿verdad que no? ¿no es así?

One might fit better than another depending on the remaining wording of the phrase.

Other way to say this is:

Es bonito!, cierto? Es grande!, no es cierto?
