The most commonly understood way to ask someone to speak Spanish more slowly is:

Hable más despacio, por favor wink if you are addressing a stranger, someone older you than you or a person in authority such as a police officer.

You could use this familiar form below to address a child, a friend /member of your family or someone you know well:

Habla más despacio, por favor
