Se habría...

Se habría...

Hello!

I receive a "quote of the day" e-mail, and a few days ago the quote was--

When I saw the "se habría de" it threw me off a bit. Could we just put "desintegrar" in the conditional instead of using "habría de"?

I know this is the "haber de" construction... but I am not sure if it is needed. Would it change the meaning much if we didn't use it?

Thank you!

Either way works:
