"Native American Pageant" translation please

What would the correct translation for 'Native American Pageant'? (It's a competition for one native American women to be the representative for the university. There are events such evening grown competition, question from the judge,talent event ( most beautiful doesn't necessary win the contest) )

It seems that there was a Miss Indian America pageant and there is a Miss Native American pageant, but I cant find either of them in Spanish.

Ukara es una modelo muy famosa en la ciudad de Los Ángeles. Ella fue invitada a un desfile de moda Americana Nativa. Ahora debe escoger los vestuarios típicos y vestirse para desfilar en la pasarela. (if a runway is involved).
