As it is a proper name there is really no need to change it. My youngest niece is called Sarah, she has lived in Spain most of her life and her Dad is Spanish. Her name is still Sarah although the Spanish obviously pronounce it a little differently.

It would be Sara but obviously pronounced differently from the Italian.
