Usually said in response to a person expressing "thank you". It means "there is no need (to say thanks)".

No hay de que is usually given as a response when one person expresses thanks to another.

You say: Thanks the other says: your welcome
In spanish we say: Gracias the other says: De nada Also can use: No hay de qué.
