You have two verbs in there, ir and poder, you have to conjugate poder

Nosotros [necesitamos] pedirles permiso a nuestros papás para ir al cine
You seem to be missing a word like necesitamos. You have the subject pronoun, Nosotros, but no 1st person, plural verb.
