Is there any tips or easy way to remember irregular verbs

Here's an irregular preterite verb song Señor Jordan sang in high school. It's sung to the tune of La Cucaracha:
tener es tuve, estar estuve, ir es fui y tambien ser.
poner es puse, poder es pude, traje es para traer.
hacer hice, haber hube, saber supe querer quise.
decir dije, venir vine, ver vi dar di no acentos.
All preterite yo forms are covered. If you know the yo form, you should be able to get the rest of the forms.
You can memorize them in their category types but I found a good way to remember them is to write out a big list of irregular verbs in their categories and then congegate them out loud each day. After 15 minutes of doing this you will be sick of it but if you stick with it you will begin to recognize which ones are irregular when you see them. When you see the verb and congegate it in your head it just won't seem right if you try and congegate an irregular verb regualr.
They are called "irregular" for a reason. Even the inflections of regular verbs (or, at least, some paradigmatic examples) must be memorized.
Why should learning a language be any different? Do you know some super-shortcut for becoming a mathematician, physicist, chemist, doctor, basketball star or baseball star. Becoming good at something (anything) takes effort.
Yes, it's called using them =p
Practice, practice. ^^
