You are right....i took the last "m" for "me"....this is the right version: "Comenzamos con el filete manana a la hora de comer la m no esta segura"
And "m" can be???

Filete can have a double meaning, have a look here.
This meaning cannot be discussed on this forum.
However, I have no idea what the sentence means- What is the meaning of "me" here? Are you sure you copied this correctly?
