You're a girl. Does this matter? Quinto as a noun is el quinto, unless you are making a fraction of a feminine noun, in which case it is quinta. La quinta sección.
As an adjective, the ending is either -o or -a depending on the noun it modifies.
You could just look it up in the dictionary and you wouldn't have to ask.
