Almost, instead of saying "su" say "el." Because "de él/ella" already states the possessive.
Also just so you know, you want to have número with a tilde : )

I agree with unMica as well, but in addition you need to say "del" celular.
If the person is identified, then you can say ¿Cuál es el número de su celular?
