According to my Collins concise French - English Dictionary chialer is the intransitive verb meaning to blubber and my 501 French verbs 6th edition lists chialer as meaning to bawl (cry)

I hope this helps grin

Funnily enough the word chiale looks like it should be Italian raspberry tongue rolleye smile

Based only on a Google search, "chiale" may be French for inter alia "cry"

My search did not show any Spanish meaning for the word.

If your spelling is right, I'd go with Moe ( rymes nice ) otherwise the closest word that I know to it would be " chale " which is like saying no way, forget it, get outa here (slang )

Are you sure you don't mean 'chale'?

If you do this link might help - among other things it seems it can mean 'no way' in Mexico but I'm just going by the comments on the link as I haven't come across it myself smile

I tried to look up the word in both the SpanishDict dictionary and my massive Oxford Spanish Dictionary 3rd Edition but the verb chaler given in the link answer was not mentioned at all - FELIZ77, Nov 18, 2011
change the 'e' for an 'a' - chalar :) http://buscon.rae.es/draeI/SrvltConsulta?TIPO_BUS=3&LEMA=chalar - Kiwi-Girl, Nov 18, 2011

If it is 'chale' without the 'i' it could be taken from the verb chalar - to go crazy or to be in love:

RAE chalar. (Del caló). 1. tr. Enloquecer, alelar. U. t. c. prnl. 2. tr. enamorar. U. t. c. prnl.

Here's the conjugation chart for chalar.
