I am unable to say correctly, Have a great weekend! as I don't know which verb form to use. I know it can't be imperative and neither simple Indicative verbs. Please suggest! Gracias!

Que tenga un buen fin de semana. It is subjunctive, as far as I understand it isn't something that has actually happened, therefore subjunctive. It works with other things as well, que tenga una buena noche por ejemplo.

Well, less formal than giving an actual command, but still using the subjunctive verb form are the indirect commands/exhortations formed using Que...

Que tengas un buen finde (finde is an abbreviation for fin de semana used in Spain according to our Reina madrileña)

Actual command

Ten/tened un buen finde.

Tenga/tengan un buen finde.

According to previous threads this is a shortening of the sentence:

[Espero] Que tengas un buen finde.

Not a native. Don't take it to the bank.
