You're over-thinking all of this.
The 1st one is just conjugating the verb Jugar in the present, indicative tense given the subject pronoun ustedes.
If you do not know the 1st conjugation endings (AR verb) for the present tense, or do not know if the verb is a regular verb or not, simply look it up in the conjugator.
Ok, all three of them are just properly conjugating the verb. All 3 are present tense, indicative mood.
2nd one
The verb is Ir, the subject pronoun is they (ellos...los technicos)
3rd one The verb is Pensar and the subject pronoun yo.
