I find this really difficult! I have to identify the function (verbo, sustantivo, adjectivo, adverbio) of each word in bold. I've attempted it, but could anyone tell me if I'm right?

The last two sentences are problematic because the infinitives (except for "reposar") are substituting for imperatives. If they were written with the imperative forms, one would have to label them "verbs" but normally infinitives function as nouns (as in the earlier sentences).
¡Queda detenido! - adverbio/sustantivo?
There are many tricky sentences such as this one, which is demanding that you put yourself into a specific state - in this case detenido. This not describing the action, but your state of being, so the word can only be an adjective (of course if this were real, for you it would be detenida).
Think of it like this: After the action is completed, you can say "Estoy detenida" or "Soy una chica detenida."
