Plain flour? Self raising flour?

I making an apple pie in Spain and need to buy some flour. What is the word for plain flour? I don't want to buy self raising flour by mistake!!!

Plain Flour: Harina regular or Harina Todo Uso (all-purpose flour).

Self-raising flour: harina leudante.

Harina.

Harina con levadura is self-raising flour, but, normally you would buy flour and bicarbonate separatly, I don't think they sell that much self-raising flour in Spain, but I could be wrong.
