Wrong username on word of the day

Wrong username on word of the day

I do not understand, that one of the answers to the word of the day was coming out under another name, in spite of the fact that it was my answer.

Really not important, but if it is a game it should be a fair one.

HI, porcu, was that today's ?

If this did happen, it is solely Chris's fault, so we are both going to kick his butt!! mad

I am just kidding, but you are right. both Chris and I normally choose the sentence for the day, there is always one easy sentence and one that is more complicated.

Chris has to copy and paste the sentences with the username in a spreadsheet...it appears he made a mistake, this can sometimes happen. Yesterday he had pasted the English sentence in the Spanish part, jeje, I mean, things happen.

We are sorry, porcu, we are trying to be as fair as possible on this ...we actually always try to choose somebody different every day.

Please supply the sentence, at least we will know it was yourssmile

No problem, but for the sake of the fair play I had to mention it. - porcupine7, Nov 16, 2011
Just fixed one tiny typo, Heidita. Because thread was old, I did not mention it in comment field. Let me know if I did the right thing?? - territurtle, Nov 17, 2011

I'm sorry Porcupine....this is totally my fault.

I always try to be very careful when entering information into the spreadsheet, especially for the user information - but this time I got two numbers crossed.....

As Gary said, congratulations for having your sentence selected, but I apologize for crediting a user that is not active and doesn't post - you definitely deserve the credit....

I will try to do better....sorry that I didn't give you the credit you deserve Porcupine...

No problem, but for the sake of the fair play I had to mention it. -

It was perfectly ok to mention this, we are going to double check...but even then we sometimes miss a mistake or accent...the sentences are triple checked and the other day we still missed an accent. confused

Anyway, Chris will answer you either here or by PM.
