We have a sign on the entrance to our school that says"Por favor vengan por la oficina para un pase de visitante." A visitor to our school stated that the sign should read,"Antes the entrar a la escuela, pase a la oficina por su pase de visitante." Which is correct??

I would say that "por favor, antes de entrar la escuela pase a la oficina por su pase de visitante" is a pretty decent way of saying it. Not to say there aren't other ways, such as "venga a la oficina para recoger su pase de visitante antes de visitar la escuela."
