There are so many ways to say something like that, and a lot of it would be regional.
¡Qué padre!

I would say
¡Genial! = Great!
¡Qué genial! = That's great! 
You could also say; íQué estupendo! o ¡Qué maravilloso!
= That's wonderful/marvellous!
