What is a "cara de menso"?

I was watching 12 Corazones, a Mexican show and a contestant said she didn't like one of the contestants "porque el tiene cara de menso." What is that?

"Menso" is used in Mexico to mean "idiot" or "stupid".
Obviously, "cara de menso" is telling someone he looks like an idiot. [Not very nice, do you think?]
