I think it is a warning: Watch out for those dark eyes..( Morrocan eyes or whatever..) Therefore it's the imperative or subjunctive. Howevr, I'm most certainly not a native with dark eyes so await native responses, morochos doen't exist in my dictionary, but it sems evidently related to moreno..
