Lime: cal
Storage lagoon: laguna de almacenaje
So how about:
Fangos con cal digeridos en lagunas de almacenaje.

Laguna de almacenaje del lodo de cal. This could be but wait to see if anyone else gives a response. This term, of course, is extremely technical.

Good question. I don't know many water treatment plant workers who speak Spanish. If I run in to any I will be sure to ask.
