I looked in all of the Spanish Bibles on BibleGateway.com and none of them used "infligidas" in that scripture. So I had to use my own Spanish Bible: Traducción del Nuevo Mundo de las Santas Escrituras.

6 Las heridas infligidas por uno que ama son fieles, pero los besos de uno que odia son cosas que han de ser suplicadas.

6 The wounds inflicted by a lover are faithful, but the kisses of a hater are things to be entreated.

inflict

infligir

[and I agree with Sonrisa, it is part of an adjective phrase]

It must be the past participle used as an adjective. It comes from the verb "infligir" meaning "to inflict".
