Difference between "Estrecho/a" and "Unido/a" when talking about family relationships?

I realized that both "estrecho/a" and "Unido/a" meant "close," but does do they differ in terms of usage/meaning? Thank you! m

Estrecho can mean close and intimate and unido can mean close when it comes to family too so I'd say they're fairly interchangeable smile
