Hello, coffeelate gave a good translation of "you hurt my feelings". But if I could suggest the following addition:
"Me heristes mis sentimientos."

Hi! You can say "heriste mis sentimientos". "To hurt one's feelings" means "herir los sentimientos de alguien".
