Pasear can be a walk, sail,,ride or any other means of a leisurely jaunt whereas caminar can only refer to walking.

Pasear means "to walk" in the sense of "go for a walk", take a stroll... It's also used to say take someone or something (such as your pet dog) for a walk.

Caminar means literally to walk, to do the walking, and also means to travel.
