No eres la única que estas sola.

Is that wrong or do I need to activate the lonely by saying

No eres la única que te sientes sola.

Gracias.

No eres la única que está sola. = You're not the only one who's alone.

No eres la única que se siente sola. = You're not the only one who is/feels lonely.

Gintar is correct.

What is really being said is "No eres la única chica/mujer/niña que se siente sola" with the conjugated verb and adjective for chica/mujer/niña.

Right, thanks Julian! It's actually the same verb conjugation in English: You're not the only one who *is/feels* [not "are/feel"]. - gintar77, Nov 7, 2011

Although not a native speaker, I would think it is better to say: No eres la única que sientes sola.

Let's see what the experts say...

Actually, the subject is not "tú", but rather it is "la única", so the verb must be the third person. - mountaingirl123, Nov 7, 2011
